Terms and Conditions of "Innovation for Future Generation" Contest

The competition is organized by IAI Media Academy Inc. (Canada). Leveraging extensive experience and expertise in the fields of education and investment, IAI is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, equitable, and inspiring competition. The event is supported by two prominent sponsors:

  • Thành Tâm Foundation (Vietnam): This foundation is instrumental in facilitating connections between contestants and sponsors, as well as organizing activities and events within Vietnam

  • Angel Edu Tam Foundation Inc (USA): A non-profit sponsor based in the United States, this foundation plays a vital role in global promotion and support. It is pivotal in extending the program beyond national borders, offering contestants opportunities for international learning and experiences


1. Participants: 

Individuals aged 18 and above, creative groups, educators, community organizations, and businesses worldwide. Participants must ensure that all products and ideas submitted are created by themselves or their teams and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.


2. Competition Categories:

  • Creative Educational Materials: Teaching materials, books, mobile applications, educational videos, and other media that support children's learning processes.

  • Playground Design: Creative, safe, and eco-friendly playground models that help children develop social, physical, and intellectual skills.

  • Real-World Educational Programs: Outdoor learning programs, real-world projects, and educational tours that help children accumulate knowledge and skills through real-world experiences.


3. Submission Requirements:

  • Submissions must be sent in written or electronic form, accompanied by illustrative materials (images, videos, drawings, etc.) if available.

  • Each submission must include a detailed description of the idea, objectives, implementation methods, and expected outcomes.

  • Submissions must be sent before the specified deadline and must comply with the formatting and content guidelines provided on the official contest website.


4. Ownership and Use of Submitted Works:

  • All submitted works remain the property of the participants. However, the organizers reserve the right to use these works for promotional, educational, and non-profit purposes.

  • Participants agree that their works may be used in publications, exhibitions, and events related to the contest without any additional fees.


5. Evaluation Process:

  • Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of experts in education, psychology, design, and community development.

  • Scoring criteria include creativity, practical applicability, sustainability, and alignment with children's developmental needs.


6. Awards:

  • Prizes include cash, scholarships, opportunities to participate in intensive training courses, and collaboration opportunities with leading educational organizations.

7. Privacy Policy:

  • Participants' personal information will be kept confidential and used only for contest-related purposes.

  • The organizers commit not to share participants' personal information with any third party without the participants' consent.


8. General Terms:

  • The organizers reserve the right to adjust the terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.

  • The jury's decisions are final and cannot be changed.


9. Group Participation Terms:

Group Participation:

  • Participating groups must designate a group leader to represent the group in communications with the organizers.

  • Benefits and prizes will be fairly distributed among group members according to the contest's regulations.

Group Leader Benefits:

  • The group leader will receive special benefits, including access to special events and exclusive experience programs for group leaders.

Real-World Application:

  • Projects or ideas from groups will have the opportunity to receive startup investment and practical application in educational programs and projects of partner organizations.
